Support Services
The logistics layer most practices do not talk about. We do.
Material sourcing, waste management, environmental compliance and testing and commissioning — the support disciplines that determine whether a project finishes on programme or not. We treat logistics as a first-order problem, not a secondary concern. Supply-chain failure is the most common cause of programme delays in coastal East Africa. We plan around it.

Material Sourcing & Logistics
We maintain active supplier relationships across Mombasa, Nairobi and key import channels. Long-lead items are identified, procured and tracked from order to site. We do not wait for a delivery to fail before escalating.
Environmental Compliance
NEMA project registration, Environmental Impact Assessment support, site environmental management plans, and ongoing compliance monitoring. We keep your project on the right side of Kenyan environmental law throughout construction.
Waste Management
Segregation, storage, collection and disposal of construction waste in compliance with county and national regulations. Clean sites are safe sites — and they reflect the standard of the people building them.
Testing & Commissioning
Independent testing of concrete, welds, MEP systems, fire suppression, and structural elements. Commissioning of all active building systems before handover. We do not hand over a building that has not been tested.

“The project behind the project. The one that keeps everything moving.”
The project behind the project. The one that keeps everything moving.
Support services are rarely visible in a building programme until they fail. When a critical steel delivery is held at the port, or a test result triggers a remedial pour, or a waste disposal process triggers a NEMA inspection — the support infrastructure either absorbs the problem or amplifies it. Ours absorbs it.
