Landscaping
Soft landscaping, planting design, irrigation systems and hard landscaping for coastal estates. We work with species suited to the Mombasa climate — salt-tolerant, drought-resistant, and beautiful. The Shamba Creek development includes a 10-acre fresh produce farm for residents, fully landscaped and irrigated.
Cabro & Hard Landscaping
Paved driveways, pathways, pool surrounds, terraces and external floors in concrete block paving, natural stone and ceramic. Properly bedded, properly jointed, properly laid to falls so water goes where it is meant to go.
Woodworks & Custom Joinery
Bespoke doors, windows, cabinetry, built-in wardrobes, staircases and timber-clad features. We work with local hardwoods and responsibly sourced imported timber. The joinery in a Crust & Core building is made to last, not made to look like it will.
Custom Furniture
Bespoke furniture pieces designed and made for specific interiors — dining tables, bed frames, shelving systems, seating, and outdoor furniture. Designed to complement the architecture, not compete with it.

We employ permanent craftspeople — carpenters, masons, landscape workers — not day labour. That permanence shows in the quality of their work. The joint between a tile and a door frame, the radius on a cabinet corner, the depth of a plant bed — these are the details that accumulate into a feeling. We attend to them.
