Final Inspections & Snagging
A formal snagging process with a written schedule, sign-off dates and a practical completion certificate. We do not issue a certificate until the building is genuinely complete — not until a commercial pressure makes it convenient.
Handover Documentation
Operation and maintenance manuals for all building systems. As-built drawings. Warranties and guarantees collated and transferred. A building information package your facility manager can actually use.
Defects Liability Management
We own the defects liability period actively. Defects are logged, priced and instructed within the agreed timescales. The retention monies reflect the completed remediation works — not a negotiation.
Facility Management
For clients who want a single point of contact after handover, we offer ongoing FM contracts covering planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs and building compliance management.
