Brief & feasibility
We sit down before we sketch. Site survey, budget envelope, programme, permit path — everything priced in advance so nothing becomes a surprise on site.
Design & coordination
Architect, structural, MEP and landscape all hit the same BIM model. Clash-checked before the first ground break. You see the cost of every design decision in real time.
Build
We self-perform earthworks, structure, finishes and MEP under a single project manager. One site diary, one defects log, one weekly walk.
Handover & care
Final inspections, O&M manuals, defects liability, and an optional facility-management contract. We are accountable long after the snag list closes.
